On Inc. 5000's List for 2021, BIM Designs, Inc. ranked #148 overall with 2,800% growth over three years. BIM Designs, Inc. was also ranked #5 in Arizona, #6 in Construction, and #5 in Phoenix. This is BIM Designs Inc.’s first year being recognized on the 5000 List and the company was established in 2016.

Inc compiles its 5000 List by reviewing the percentage revenue growth of companies over a three-year period. For 2021, the companies were founded and building revenue by March 31, 2017, and were judged on their performance from 2017 to 2021.

To be considered for the 5000 List, a company must be U.S.-based, privately owned, independent, and for-profit as of December 31 of the previous year. In the first year, the company must have a minimum revenue of $100,000 and in the final year, the company must have a minimum revenue of $2 million to be considered.

The growth rates for companies are rounded to three decimal places to determine the final ranking, and the top 500 companies are featured in Inc.’s September issue. The top 500 of the 5000 list are considered the top tier businesses for that year.
