How many years of field work did you have before becoming detailer?
I worked in the field for 15 years.
How many years have you been a detailing?
I've been detailing for 8 years.
What type of field work have you performed?
I've done installation, design and management of all phases in plumbing, mechanical, refrigeration, specialty and process piping systems in various industries including commercial, industrial, healthcare, semiconductor, pharmaceutical and educational facilities to highlight a few.
Where did you work last, and how long were you there?
I worked Dynamic Systems for 4 years, and joined local 469 in 1996.
What are other job roles you have performed in the past?
I've been in several roles throughout the industry including Journeyman plumber, project lead, foreman, general foreman, field detailer, detailing foreman, BIM liaison, service plumber, medical gas installer, and shop fabricator. .
What passion, energy or excitement do you bring into the workplace with you?
I have always enjoyed the satisfaction of completing what was once deemed impossible by others. I always approach problems or issues as challenges. Maintaining a professional and positive attitude has been paramount to my success. .
You can usually find me cheering on one of my kids at a game or event on the weekends. Hunting and fishing have always been a part of my life. I enjoy passing down the skills and knowledge that were handed down to me. I have recently taken on woodworking and have been working on some custom furniture for the house.
