BIM Designs, Inc. was responsible for L.o.D. 400 detailing of the central plant remodel for Theravance Biopharma in South San Francisco, California. A 3D point scan of the roof and mechanical room was used as the model.
Our UA-trained Journeyman Detailers traveled on site to verify the accuracy of the provided point-cloud model and field conditions alongside Western Allied Mechanical's field foreman. This information was then translated into the virtual model for pre-fabrication.
BIM Designs provided the client with Spool drawings, Hanger layout drawings and support drawings for the mechanical piping, mounted to the building's wind screen on the roof.
