How many years of fieldwork did you have before becoming a detailer?
I've worked in the field for 3 years.
How many years have you been a detailing?
I've been detailing for 3 years.
What type of fieldwork have you performed?
I welded both in the field and in-shop environments. I helped with layout and hangers as well as doing copper connections to units.
What was your last company and how long were you there?
I was last with US Engineering for just over 5 years.
What are other job roles you have performed in the past?
I helped to train new fitters coming into the detailing department mostly showing them Revit and spooling processes. I modeled Skid systems from the frame to the piping and equipment to be installed on-site as a package unit. I also helped with the Database from time to time.
What passion, energy, or excitement do you bring into the workplace with you?
love solving problem to make a working building. There are always obstacles that need to be navigated and I like to find the solutions. I enjoy working with my team to get the job as good as possible, make it as easy as possible for the guy in the field to install, and user friendly for the customer to use. love problem-solving and finding ways to make things more efficient. I love learning new and efficient ways of completing tasks and sharing this knowledge with my team.
I enjoy spending time with my wife and 2 kids (2.5yr and 8mo) going to the parks, zoos, camping, museums. Anything that will keep the little ones entertained. I have been playing guitar for over 20 years and still play when I get the chance. I enjoy Cigars with friends and family.
