BIM Designs, Inc. then completed the 3D Model conversion to fabrication parts, Spool Sheets, Seismic Layout, Trimble Point Layout for Inserts and Sleeves, Annotated and Dimensioned Shop Drawings and Installation Drawings for Fixtures for the Plumbing System.

Google Pacific Shores in Redwood, California was developed by Jay Paul Co and is owned by Informatica, Google, and DivcoWest. BIM Designs, Inc. completed the plumbing engineering and produced a permit set for this Google building, helping the client's own internal engineering team by completing the engineered, wet-stamped permit set of plumbing drawings that was optimized for further detailing.
