BIM Designs, Inc. was responsible for detailing the mechanical piping and mechanical room for the TI portion of this project.
Because the Core and Shell was already completed, our UA field-experienced detailer went on site to field-measure the existing mechanical room's points of connection and conditions to accurately model them for fabrication. Comparing these field measurements with the model provided by the GC ensured that fabrication and installation were correct the first time.

BIM Designs, Inc. completed the Hydronic Pipe Routing, Clash Resolution and Dimensioned Shop Drawings for the Mechanical Roof Plan for Level 9. It is an effective collaboration between the trade contractor, our client and BIM Designs.
