BIM Designs, Inc. was responsible for detailing the mechanical piping and mechanical room for the TI portion of this project. Because the Core and Shell was already completed, our UA field experienced detailer, went onsite to field measure existing mechanical room POC's and conditions to accurately model them for fabrication. Comparing these field measurements with the model provided by the GC ensured fabrication and installation was correct the first time. MP5 is prominently situated alongside Silicon Valley's Highway 237 corridor near Highway 101, Moffett Place anchors the world's innovation capital, featuring 1.9 million square feet of state-of-the-art LEED Gold Certified office space on 55 intelligently designed acres. Six towers, an onsite cafe and world class fitness center offer unmatched opportunity for growth.
