I am pleased to share with our amazing network of partners, clients, and friends that Ashly Coggins has joined the BIM Designs, Inc. leadership team as our new Head of Project Controls. In this role, Ashly will help introduce and manage standard operating procedures ensuring the financial success of our clients and supporting the scaling of our company. Ashly is a South Carolina native and has over 14 years of Project and Change Management experience in construction and related technology at large General Contracting firms including Fluor and Turner.

Ashly has a strong passion to build projects safer, better and faster than ever before. Her project list includes working on the two largest projects at the time in the Life Science Industry and inventing a revolutionary safety planning application called Safety Pin. Ashly pursues her goal of solving the construction industry’s most complex business problems by collaborating with stakeholders, improving processes and dismantling the status quo. When she is not obsessing over process improvements, she enjoys time with her daughter and family, volunteering as a Troop Leader for the Girl Scouts of the USA, traveling and renovating her 100 year old farm, The Truckstop.
With experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager and Field Engineer, Ashly brings a wealth of insight and expertise to the BIM Designs, Inc. team. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, where she created a foundation of knowledge.
