Leigh works at the blurred intersection of architecture and urban planning to unlock the restorative possibilities of design. For both private and public clients, her leadership team encompasses design, management, and technical realms at a variety of scales, offering her a multidisciplinary diversity of thought that's both forward-looking and comprehensive. Using research and actual project data as a basis, Leigh frequently publishes articles and presents on issues of social and environmental resilience at many levels.

She was an adjunct faculty member of Woodbury University from 2008 - 2014, lecturing on design theory, and continues to sit on design juries across the country. In addition to Los Angeles, Leigh has also practiced in Rockland, Maine; San Francisco, California; New York, New York; and Akron, Ohio.
