As Director of Sales, she will ensure that team members meet or exceed sales quotas, hire and mentor new employees, develop sales strategies, and act as the point of contact between the sales team and upper management. Rebecca has over 15 years of sales strategy and organizational leadership experience for environmental science, machinery manufacturing and construction firms including Hach, Stiles Machinery and Hilti, respectively. Rebecca is a life-long learner, who brings technical experience as a mechanical engineer, strong business acumen with her MBA, and a doctorate in organizational leadership and strategy which will help BIM Designs move to the next phase of growth. She is passionate about team development, process improvement, and finding organization efficiencies to streamline sales processes and increasing customer-focus.
