Ashly Coggins
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Ashly is a South Carolina native that joined the BIM Designs team in October 2020. She has over 17 years of Project and Change Management experience in construction and related technology at large construction companies including Fluor and Turner. Ashly has a strong passion to build projects safer, better and faster than ever before. Her project list includes working on the two largest projects at the time in the Life Science’s Industry and inventing a revolutionary safety planning application called Safety Pin. Ashly pursues her goal of solving the construction industry’s most complex business problems by collaborating with stakeholders, improving processes and dismantling the status quo. When she is not obsessing over process improvements, she enjoys time with her daughter and family, volunteering as a Troop Leader for the Girl Scouts of the USA, traveling, and renovating her 100 year old farm: The Truckstop.
