2747 Park Blvd in Palo Alto, California was developed by Jay Paul Co.

BIM Designs, Inc. helped the mechanical contractor, our client bring the BIM process and cost savings to the project, even when no other trades were utilizing VDC. The forward-thinking contractor decided, with GC approval, to invest in BIM services and have all other trades sign off on the plumbing scope's routing, leaving all other trades to coordinate around the plumbing system in the field.

They commented that labor savings on this project were significant thanks to our BIM efforts. Steps from a Caltrain stop, 2747 Park Blvd. is designed to prioritize pedestrians and fit within its existing neighborhood. New boulevard-style sidewalks provide comfortable access, convenient bike racks, and a series of parklets for outdoor enjoyment.

Responding to its surroundings, the three-story building’s curvilinear and rectilinear form is designed to create a strong anchor at the Park and Sheridan corner, while also relating to the adjacent residential uses. To engage the community, expansive sections of floor-to-ceiling glass will connect the exterior and interior.

With a cohesive architectural expression and a people-first approach, 2747 Park is enhances its vibrant, transit-oriented neighborhood.

BIM Designs, Inc. completed the 3D Modeling, Spool Sheets, Seismic Layout, Trimble Point Layout for Inserts and Sleeves, Annotated and Dimensioned Shop Drawings and Installation Drawings for Fixtures for the Plumbing System.
